Alezzi Odyssey – Contemporary architecture and light on the Romanian seaside
Alezzi Odyssey is a premium residential complex located on the seafront in Mamaia Nord, conceived as a symbiosis between modern architecture, urban comfort, and the natural beauty of the seaside. The project redefines seaside living through a carefully studied composition that enhances light, wide perspectives, and integrated green spaces.
The architecture of the complex was designed around the idea of openness and sun. In collaboration with top professors and specialists in sunlight studies, detailed analyses were carried out to optimize the orientation of the buildings and allow natural light to penetrate every apartment and all neighboring properties. This resulted in spectacular volumetric cutouts that elegantly fragment the massiveness of the structures and create an airy composition with terraces and loggias open to the sea.
The facades stand out through a harmonious interplay between ceramic whites, glazed balconies, and vertical lines that provide rhythm and elegance. Generous glazed surfaces bring the sea indoors, transforming every apartment into a space flooded with natural light, with panoramas that combine the sky, the sea, and the architecture. The urban design of the complex proposes an interior promenade with green areas, relaxation spaces, and wide walkways, creating a friendly and vibrant environment.
