Marine Waterfront Vision is a large-scale architectural concept positioned within one of the most dynamic and fast-evolving coastal development areas. The project redefines the way people live, work, and engage with the contemporary waterfront lifestyle through a composition of seven towers, ranging between 20 and 27 floors, set on a shared 2-level basement and ground floor podium, totaling approximately 210,000 sqm of built-up area.

Architecture

The design embraces fluid volumes, generous curves, and fully glazed façades that establish a distinctive and memorable identity. The architectural language prioritizes visual continuity, natural light, and a constant connection between indoor and outdoor spaces — a direct invitation to the sea views and the lush landscape woven throughout the ensemble.

Vertical elements emphasize the ascending silhouette of the towers, while the horizontal ribbons of terraces establish a calm rhythm and a recognizable visual signature. Premium materials — refined finishes, warm metallic accents, and expansive glass surfaces — contribute to an elegant, sophisticated, and timeless appearance.
