Alezzi Logistics – Industrial Hall in Lumina Commune
This industrial hall, named Alezzi Logistics, was conceived starting from the principle of **maximum functionality and spatial flexibility**, while integrating a contemporary and balanced architectural language. The facades are marked by clear rhythms and carefully studied proportions, so that the volumetric design conveys **robustness and elegance** simultaneously. The simple, clean lines are enriched by the controlled transparencies of strategically placed glazing, which allow natural light to penetrate the working areas without compromising energy performance. The architectural concept aims for **efficiency in industrial processes**, ensuring a logical organization of interior spaces, with production, storage, and office areas fluidly integrated, thus optimizing and making technological flows intuitive.
The structure of the hall is designed to offer large spans and freedom of compartmentalization, utilizing **reinforced concrete pillars and metallic truss beams**, which allow generous coverage without intermediate elements that could limit space usage. The perimeter walls are made of **thermal insulation panels**, which offer an excellent ratio between strength, insulation, and durability.
The entire complex expresses a **contemporary industrial architecture** where functionality, durability, and aesthetics harmoniously combine, offering an optimal environment for both production and administrative activities.
