Meraki Sunset – Architecture and Concept

The Meraki Sunset project proposes a contemporary, elegant, and harmonious architecture, designed to blend residential comfort with the experience of a permanent seaside vacation. The building stands out with its modern lines, balanced volumetric design, and attention paid to the orientation towards the surrounding natural landscapes—the lake, the sea, and green spaces.

Concept and design
The central idea of the project is the creation of a space that conveys relaxation and refinement, inspired by the colors of the sunset, natural elements, and the feeling of freedom given by the openness to water. The facades are marked by generous glazed surfaces and continuous balconies, offering each unit a direct connection with the exterior and natural light.
Black vertical elements contrast with the warm hues of the balconies and the white of the main volumes, providing dynamism and an elegant visual interplay. At the same time, the architecture integrates plants and green areas at ground level and on the accessible terrace, creating a relaxing and sustainable environment.

Panoramic terrace
The building’s focal point is the rooftop terrace, conceived as a space for socializing and recreation. The infinity pool and lounge area with sunset views transform the residential experience into that of an exclusive resort. Light pergolas and the minimalist design of the outdoor furniture complete the premium atmosphere.

Functionality and urban integration

The planimetry was designed to maximize efficiency, with apartments optimally oriented towards the landscapes and with easy access to perimeter parking. The ground floor includes both the main access and green areas that visually filter the building and connect it with the surrounding nature.

The architecture adheres to the principles of integration into the natural context while offering a strong visual identity, transforming Meraki Sunset into an aesthetic landmark in Mamaia Sat.
