Alezzi Towers – The Architecture of Waves
The Alezzi Towers complex in Mamaia Nord stands out with a modern, fluid, and elegant architectural concept, designed to harmoniously integrate luxury residential comfort with premium holiday experiences. The project is composed of two distinct bodies, visually united by a coherent architectural language and a curved volumetric design, evoking the movement of the Black Sea waves.
The architecture of the complex is defined by fluid horizontal lines, which confer an elegant and relaxing dynamic. The wide and continuous balconies create a subtle play of setbacks and advances, reducing the massiveness of the volumes, while the contrasting finishes—light tones with dark accents—emphasize the differences in plane and give the project a strong visual identity.
The concept was designed to maximize views toward the sea and the main boulevard, ensuring that almost every apartment benefits from generous terraces and large glazed openings. On the ground floor, commercial spaces—including a restaurant—complete the holiday experience, offering residents and tourists opportunities for socializing and relaxation.
The complex’s emblematic element is the rooftop pool and lounge area, dedicated exclusively to residents, which transform the buildings into visual landmarks of the resort. Green terraces and pergolas with textile panels add comfort and sun protection, strengthening the concept of an urban seaside vacation.
Through its composition, Alezzi Towers combines the principles of contemporary architecture—transparency, functionality, and integration into context—with a fluid style inspired by nature, to offer residents and visitors a unique visual and sensory experience.
