Meraki Logistic – Storage Hall and Logistics Hub in Lumina Commune

Meraki Logistic is a modern industrial complex, developed over a surface area of 2,500 sqm, designed to optimize storage and distribution activities within a functional, efficient, and aesthetic framework. The project combines logistic utility with a contemporary architectural language, based on simplicity, contrasts, and well-controlled proportions.

The volumetric design of the hall is distinguished by facades in dark tones, enhanced by accent panels in vibrant colors, which clearly delineate modules A, B, and C. These elements confer a visual identity to the entire complex and facilitate the rapid orientation of vehicles and personnel within the platform. The clean lines, constant rhythm of voids, and uniform surfaces convey **robustness and elegance** in a modern manner.

At the entrance to the complex, the administrative building complements the assembly through a minimalist black-and-white architecture, with ample glazing and a clearly defined volumetric design. It offers a bright and representative space for management, reception, and logistical coordination activities.

The functionality of the complex was conceived for **maximum efficiency**. Generous accesses, maneuvering platforms, and separate circuits for vehicles and pedestrians ensure a logical and safe flow of operations. The loading/unloading ramps are sized for vehicles ranging from small vans to articulated trucks, and the compartmentalization of the hall into independent modules allows for rapid adaptation to the needs of each tenant or operator.

The structure of the hall offers large spans and total freedom for interior organization, eliminating intermediate elements that could restrict space utilization. The thermal insulation panels on the facade ensure good energy efficiency, and the skylights placed on the roof allow controlled penetration of natural light into the working areas.

The exterior landscaping completes the entire concept through carefully composed green areas, ornamental vegetation, and clearly defined routes, contributing to a professional, well-organized, and attractive environment.
