Casa Elara – The Contemporary Urban Retreat
Casa Elara represents an exercise in contemporary architecture, where fluid forms and clean lines meet elegant materials to create a sophisticated urban retreat. The concept was designed to offer intimacy and comfort, while integrating the interior spaces with the exterior through ample glazed surfaces and a balanced volumetric composition.
The facades are articulated by the alternation of white ceramic and panels with a ceramic wood texture, generating a warm dialogue between modernity and naturalness. Glazed corners and volumetric curves mitigate the rigidity of the construction, lending a fluid and elegant air. Horizontal lines, highlighted by subtle string courses and integrated architectural lighting, emphasize the contemporary character of the house.
The interior, visible through the main facade with ample glazing, invites natural light to sculpt the spaces, highlighting the relationship between the house’s levels and the dynamic of vertical circulation. The perimeter garden and carefully integrated vegetation complete the visual experience, transforming the residence into a space for urban relaxation.
