Azure Lake Residence – Contemporary architecture on the shores of Lake Siutghiol
Azure Lake Residence is a premium residential block located directly on the shores of Lake Siutghiol, in Constanța, designed as an expression of modern architecture and connection with nature. The building, with a height regime of GF + 8, combines urban comfort with the beauty of the landscape, offering bright apartments, generous terraces, and spectacular views of the lake.
The architecture of the block is distinguished by a fluid and elegant volumetric design, inspired by the ripple of the lake. Curved terraces and glazed loggias create an airy composition, while the ventilated facade finished with black and anthracite gray ceramic, complemented by glazed balconies and warm accents, gives the building a modern, refined, and durable appearance.
The orientation and design were carefully studied to maximize natural light and panoramas toward the lake, transforming each apartment into an open, bright, and relaxing space.
