Casa Aria

Casa Aria

Casa Aria is an expression of the balance between functionality and elegance, a contemporary retreat where architecture breathes with the spaces it creates. Designed as two superimposed residences—one on the ground floor and one on the first floor—connected by a discreetly integrated elevator, the house meets the needs of modern life while offering intimacy and openness to the exterior.

Its facades subtly combine complementary materials: brick brings warmth and traditional texture, anchoring the house in memory and nature, while white aluminum composite panels trace clean, contemporary lines that reflect light and give volume. Fiber cement, used on the back and sides, adds visual depth and protection, creating a subtle dialogue between durability and aesthetics.

The volumetric design of the house is articulated through a play of setbacks and openings, creating a balanced composition between solid and void. Ample windows and protected loggias allow natural light to penetrate generously, connecting the interior with the exterior and inviting the gaze toward the surrounding garden. The concept pursues a sense of breathing space, where every room opens up to light and the horizon, and the interior circulations are fluid and intuitive.

Functionally, the two residences are completely independent but united by a vertical core with an elevator and staircase, which facilitates access and offers an elegant and comfortable living experience. In the back, the glazed surfaces and extended terraces create relaxation areas, conceived as natural extensions of the living spaces.

Casa Aria is not just a construction, but a harmonization between geometry, materiality, and daily life. It is a house that breathes with its occupants, a composition of lines, textures, and lights meant to offer a feeling of freedom, safety, and balance.
