Casa Venturo – Contemporary Architecture with Contrasting Elegance

Casa Venturo represents a modern interpretation of the urban single-family house, where the balance between materials, volumes, and light creates a sophisticated and functional space.

The architectural concept is based on the juxtaposition of clear and dynamic volumes, with vertical and horizontal lines that complement each other. The facades are treated with a strong contrast between black Sahara Noir ceramic, with fine textures and white veins, warm wood, which brings a note of naturalness and comfort, and fiber cement panels in neutral tones, which confer balance and durability to the composition.

The ground floor is designed to be open to the garden and the living areas, integrating ample windows and glazed sections that allow natural light to penetrate generously indoors. The first floor, with a clear and geometric volume, includes a protected loggia, which adds depth and visual rhythm to the main facade. The interplay between opaque surfaces and large glazing creates a contemporary visual dynamic, and the vertical wood accents elegantly frame the windows, bringing a warm contrast to the black ceramic and fiber cement.

Architectural lighting details highlight the materials and outline the house’s silhouette in the evening, transforming it into a visual landmark in the residential area.
