Casa Linea
Casa Linea is the clear expression of contemporary minimalist architecture, where horizontal lines and pure volumes create an elegant and balanced composition. The concepts of order and simplicity are at the core of the project, resulting in a house that breathes harmony and refinement.
The main facade is notable for its clean geometry, where the first floor seems to float over the ground floor, visually supported by the careful rhythm of solids and voids. The brick cladding in natural tones gives the building warmth and solidity, while the areas finished in white accentuate the purity of the volumes and create subtle contrasts. Wood, present in discrete accents, brings a layer of refinement and naturalness, combining the modern with the organic nature of the surrounding environment.
The architectural concept proposes a fluid relationship between the interior and exterior. The protected courtyard and the open terrace facing the garden offer the dwelling natural privacy, while the generous glazed surfaces create a constant visual connection with the landscape. The first floor is designed as a suspended space, with volumes that advance over the ground floor, creating dynamic shadows and an elegant visual interplay.
The house is organized on two levels, with an integrated elevator for comfort and accessibility. The ground floor is dedicated to the living area, where spaces succeed one another freely and brightly, while the first floor houses the night area and private spaces, oriented towards the garden and natural light.
Casa Linea is not just a residence, but a declaration of balance between functionality and aesthetics, between minimalism and contemporary comfort.
