Hotel Malibu – Terrace, Pool, and Pool Bar Design Project

The terrace area of Hotel Malibu has been redesigned to create a modern, functional, and elegant space, adapted to the existing context and the privileged location between Mamaia and Constanța. The arrangement covers an area of approximately 700 sqm, centered around a 150 sqm pool, coherently integrated into the seaside landscape.

The design follows a contemporary architectural language, defined by clean lines, durable materials, and natural textures. The generous deck, rhythmically arranged sun loungers, elegant umbrellas, and light pergolas construct a coherent and relaxed ambience, optimal for both sunbathing areas and controlled shading zones.

The pool bar complements the ensemble through a simple and well-proportioned volumetry, with wood accents and vertical elements that give it identity and visibility. Its positioning allows for an efficient flow between the pool and the beach, facilitating operations and client access.

The entire area was conceived for comfort and function: clear circulation paths, furniture resistant to the marine environment, integrated vegetation zones, and a balanced ratio between open surfaces and shaded spaces.

The arrangement proposes a current, coherent, and attractive space that capitalizes on the sea view and brings added quality to the experience offered by Hotel Malibu.
