The project aims to develop a modern collective housing building, designed to offer a high level of comfort and functionality. The building provides for the integration of green areas, both at ground level and in the form of gardens on balconies and terraces, contributing to improving the residents’ quality of life. The green spaces are conceived not just as aesthetic elements, but also as solutions favoring relaxation, privacy, reduction of urban noise, and improvement of the microclimate.

The building is designed to maximize natural light as much as possible, ensure efficient interior circulation, and offer tenants access to a common socializing area. Two pedestrian accesses are provided on the site, while vehicle access is located at the rear of the plot, contributing to reducing pollution levels in the main access area. This vehicular access also ensures a direct connection to the building’s underground parking.

The documentation aims to detail the provisions of the P.U.G. (General Urban Plan) and to establish general siting conditions at the level of the Local Urban Regulation (R.L.U.):

• Determination of access and circulation conditions.
• Determination of connection conditions to public utility networks.
• Establishing how the proposed functions integrate into the area’s environment.
