Primo Residence
Primo Residence redefines boulevard urban architecture through a modern complex of two elegant buildings, created as a dialogue between light, clear volumetric design, and urban functionality.
We conceived this project as a contemporary residential oasis, where the active life of the city harmoniously intertwines with the intimacy and comfort of a restricted community. White facades, geometric volumes, and carefully proportioned loggias create a balanced architectural composition with a clear and modern identity.
Project Philosophy
Each building in Primo Residence is conceived as an urban sculpture in permanent dialogue with its environment. The key concepts of the project are:
- Modern urban aesthetics – clear horizontal lines, dynamic rhythms, and subtle contrasts between white finishes and warm exposed brick textures
- Smart functionality – bright apartments, efficient layouts, and generous loggias for expanding the living space
- Urban integration – commercial spaces on the ground floor and ample sidewalks that create an active relationship with the boulevard
The Living Experience
Primo Residence is designed for the daily comfort of residents, with apartments flooded with natural light through large windows and optimized orientations.
Generous balconies and loggias offer a fluid transition between the interior and exterior, and the commercial spaces on the ground floor—such as the integrated supermarket—bring immediate functionality to urban life.
