The design of Meraki Atrium is distinguished by contemporary architecture with industrial-elegant accents, where the warmth of brick combines with the elegance of metal and the matte black details of the balconies.

- Fragmented and airy volumetric design, with setbacks on the fourth floor (4R) creating private terraces and a modern, easily recognizable profile
- Facade with exposed brick, offering visual texture and warmth, alternating with metal balconies and matte black elements for a sophisticated contrast
- Generous glazed surfaces, connecting the interior with the lacustrine landscape and flooding the spaces with natural light
- Green inner courtyard, conceived as an atrium for relaxation, with a central skylight that brings natural light to the common areas
